Well, I’m basically trying to figure out, even very approximate, when I’ll have to pay an additional 5% of the price and then pay closing costs and get the mortgage. This project screwed up all my financial situation, so I’d like to be prepared somehow.

So if everything will go ideally smoothly and perfectly how long will it take till first occupancies will start? Any ideas, even very approximate?

I don't know what to answer for your concerns, they are very similar to my own. What I do know is that this forum has become absolutely useless to ask anything. If you would get an answer it would sound like 'ask your lawyer or real estate agent'.
