Thanks MJ for update and shared Link of Storeys. The fact that they are reapproaching the pre-sale buyers like us proves that the APS amendments with increased pricing as were proposed to us were a big mistake on their part. We just need to see our refund cheques .
So as I said earlier it looks like a lengthy process... All decisions of the buyers on amended APS will be put forth to the court and then they will seek courts permission to proceed further for Refunds... sum of my last conversation with Meg two days back.
My end I have communicated them of my decision to withdraw from the project and asked for Refund. From all the discussion here, what I understand is that, this is a long drawn battle before we see our Deposits back in our account .Because if it was straight YES or No types they would have rolled...
I believe this thread has more members but very few are actively participating . probably just viewing the posts. More participation will help us collectively ...just a thought...
You are right Dan, Even KSV knows that this is uphill task for them to secure any kind of positive response from the existing members of UPtowns given such a high increase in APS. I think they know it for sure that people will opt out automatically and then the court will award the project to...
