In my opinion, tarion condition protects more on the builder side. We can hardly get the compensation even it's speaking of more than a year delay.

The point is when will they start to hand over even the lower floors... never expected have to wait for so long.

Just received updated occupancy date for my condo in the smaller tower for March 2025. I bought this since 2017 and it's been a long way of waiting. There are extra expenses during the period of waiting which was supposed to be moved in by 2022/2023, there is no compensation on this delay and...
