I had my unit inspection today - It went well. Relatively low differencies compare to other condos I own. Finishes were nice and expected from a quality builder like Minto. Will try to post the interior pics I took.
I had my walk through at AURA retail unit yesterday, I took some pics will post later, overall downstairs retail looks great. Quality seems nice. Quite big actually, got lost a couple of times. I do have a couple of concerns regarding my unit, but lets see how the developer responds to email...
I can confirm that the occupancy date for the retail lower level has been pushed back to Sept 24, 2012 from August 13th, my unit and 2 others that I know has the same Sept 24 date.
I would need aprox $1400-1500 to breakeven, to cover my mortgage & other cost. So I guess something around that figure. But I Guess it really depends on the demand when it opens up, maybe more, maybe less. I guess for the retail store, they would just need to make $50 a day to cover the lease...

I got a notification for delay of occpancy on the Retail unit last week. Date pushed back 4 months to June 2012, which I really don't mind since I want more of the tower finished before I take occupancy.
