I'm having trouble with the math on the South tower. It used to be 223 metres, and 32.4 metres were added. That adds up to 255.4 metres. Yet the table provided says it's 266 metres? Where is that 11 metre difference? -

Yes many projects have cladding that is a little below the concrete as it rises, but a bunch fall behind, and don't get cladding until the concrete is nearly finished... -
