One Bloor West looks great, a little better than Sky Tower I think, but holy crap is Sky Tower tall! The kind of height a skyscraper in Toronto has never had before now. We need more like this.

This is as far away from the tourist areas as you can get... it's in the middle of nowhere, 7.5km from Clifton Hill.

Forma:

Balconies will be on the East side and wrap slightly around to the South... none on the West or North side.
