Hurontario / Barondale shows a notice for March 16 - April 13
Hurontario / Brunel shows one for March 3 - March 16 (haven't been in that area in a while but it SHOULD be done by now)
There are some others that should have been done in February.
The rails connecting OMSF on Topflight are still...
Yeah. I heard from someone that BT's getting a bunch of conventional artics included with the Zum artics. I think I made a comment earlier saying that it would be very uncanny to see a conventional livery artic driving down the street because we've just never had them before.
In any case, I'm...
Agreed.
In fact, I'm seeing a bunch of zum artics going out on routes that need the additional padding for morning routes.
They were doing this during covid, but it seems to have been adopted full time for many routes to ensure theyre moving as many as possible.
Honestly, once you see them ripping up and replacing track in multiple sections of the line, it makes you wonder if we'll even make it to 2030 at this point. There's almost no faith left in the line, and we're seeing the same mistakes that happened with line 5/6 happen with the Hurontario LRT...
Just me $0.02, I think these specific cuts are to avoid strain on the rails as the concrete cures. They had alignment issues that resulted in the rails being ripped and replaced, and chances are they want to do everything to avoid having to waste time on it again.
Or... someone did something in...
Thanks for the infographic.
I think what I'd like to see is a sort of "express" route that goes into MCCC at the stop by the bus station, but skips the loop and goes back out onto Hurontario. Although, my wish is more than likely not viable given that other LRV's may be waiting unless there...
Terrible.
When I was driving to work last night, I noticed the bus drivers really taking their time with their routes and stopping even before the lights turned yellow.
Something tells me that accident was a wake up call for many and their driving habits.
I'm trying to think about this logically because I'm not from Mississauga, though I do frequent Square One every now and again.
The issue I have with this isn't just the turning radius or the speed the LRV's would be going, it's just a matter of how they'd plan to do this. Duke of York is a...
I hope everyone's okay as well. The news reports were saying minor injuries, so it seems that the bus didn't take very much damage despite how drastic it looked.
Videos of the front of the unit show minimal damage, though the undercarriage may tell a different story. I hope they're able to...

Happened on an articulated unit at Queen / Hansen.
So, after doing some digging through the ISED Technical and Administrative Frequency List (TAFL) database for every entry that would use some form of frequency to transit or receive, I was unable to find anything on Paxman road. That usually means that the device is defunct and just not taken...
I'll have to do some digging when I get home through the ISED database to see if I can find anything.
Part of me thinks it's a device that remotely transmits meter data from a utility provider when they drive by. There are a few in my area like that.
