Hey guys, how are you informing them of not executing the amendment, cancelling agreement, and requesting deposit back? Are you just replying to the email yourself and/or consulting with a lawyer to reply?

Probably. For the earliest buyers, April 2025 is the latest they need to return deposits. Just a couple months left.

We should all decline their $4!tty APS, so they can't move forward. And they just have to collapse the project. They've made enough money, let's not help them make more.
