thx, yeah i was trying to re assign it back in 2022 and got rejected by builder.now im 1 month away from closing and builder gives me the permission to reassign ...and i have to lose 15% deposite plus extra to find a buyer..my lawyer said if builder didnt notice buyer in 20 days he could help me...
