We had a balcony on the 18th floor at Church and Yonge facing Rosedale Valley Road and the ravine....it was crazy windy some days. No... you could not stand or even go out onto the balcony some days. Grant it was a NE corner 50ft long. Pretty sure our couch was a handy addition to some...
