People should know Stackt market is operating without a noise permit.. Call 311 and complain ( amplified music) . Call your councillor.

The noise in this area is horrendous. Stackts market.. the bicycle party bus ( worst offender) , concerts at fort york, Nobody would buy here if they spent a few evenings in the area on the weekends.

Maybe someone who lives in the building can educate the other residencies?

Ive recently learned emailing the councillor is the way to go. Its the councillors that approve the noise permits and they have no idea just how many noise complaints there are against Stackt . I hope everyone else also emails with the complaint against Stackts noise.

I cant believe Stackt got a 10 year extension on their lease. This place just makes NOISE and has no place in a residential area. Im a block away and can hear the music thumping constantly even with closed windows. And then there are all the compaints to the city... IGNORED. Toronto is...

This place needs to be closed. They constantly have loud events with no regard for people living within five blocks.. they just dont care about noise violations.

I am not a fan of First service ( formally Simerra), if found them extremely lacking in experienced managers as well as service. I also found all the contracts they pushed us into, we could usually find a better solution much cheaper.
