Already way different and worse than the render -- the large glass "lobby" area, first floor right side, seems to me missing in real life... I'm gonna bet the curved balconies won't make the cut either and this will end up as a plain, ugly box

24 floors (20 tower on 4 podium), 424 rental units and 95 parking space. Owned by Conestoga College so will (likely) be geared for students (205 studio units, 69 one-bedroom units, 85 two-bedroom units, 60 three-bedroom units and five townhouses in the podium space) -- much better design IMO

I mean, there are already quite a few proposed in the immediate area. Looks out of place now but (hopefully) in the near future it won't be.
