What is the most recent estimate for getting the third track laid and operational? Is that the barrier to increasing service levels on Lakeshore? Presumably not, because they have no issues with every 15 minute service during rush hour and weekends.
Is it safe to say that any bike path that crosses the new Lakeshore bridge to avoid dipping down to Commissioners street is a long long ways away. Moving the Gardiner north being the main obstacle?
