just to be clear, ford has repeatedly said he doesnt care about the building itself, the city can build a science center if they wish but they will need to spend a couple hundred million to get it up and running. Which i dont believe anyone in Toronto is willing to pay for. The most likely case...

How do you get a route if you dont even know what "routing aspects which have highest impacts" are? I thought that was the point of this whole thing, what should they look out for, what community impacts they should look at. define suggestions vs demands. we have seen time and time again...
