If this proposal makes it through in some shape or form resembling this, I hope it sets a precedent for future projects in the area to continue these laneways / mews.
I've always thought that the development of the Southern corners of Yonge and Bloor were an opportunity to create a new and expansive concourse level for the subway. I wonder if anything of that nature would make its way into this project?
I wouldn't be opposed to them building atop of the Dominion building if they designed the extension to look the exact same as the base (I.e used stone / same materials, carried over the design elements).
