I’m surprised the stretch of houses just east of the NY place towers have survived this long.

Width of these roads look discouraging, not sure if the pedestrian realm will be as vibrant as advertised. Would one LRT line and the bus network be sufficient to service this neighbourhood?

I've always thought that the development of the Southern corners of Yonge and Bloor were an opportunity to create a new and expansive concourse level for the subway. I wonder if anything of that nature would make its way into this project?

I wouldn't be opposed to them building atop of the Dominion building if they designed the extension to look the exact same as the base (I.e used stone / same materials, carried over the design elements).
