Of course operating costs would not be zero, and there would be minor capital costs associated with stations, and possibly whatever CP may demand, but an extension would not require more equipment. The existing schedule to and from White River would accommodate the existing train continuing...

In similar news, it looks like the Bramalea trains are running a mix of 6 and 12 coach consists. The first few days of those trains has not shown them as a success. It seems the trains are using the same platforms at Union...
I would really hope so. In areas where there has been track sitting at various stages of readiness, seemingly for years, it definitely seems that it could support an increase from the existing 40mph or 50mph zone. Maybe someone here knows if increases are planned?
