Would an even split be likely or the size of each unit play a part?

So did this project change hands at some point? I remember when the old bank building was knocked down that sat there for years with the food truck on it, while all the building to south were still up? Did it take a long time to get this together?

Did this property ever sell, figured if it did, the the school bought. Figured it was never an great place to be developed on its own, it was simply too narrow.

These are some great photos, live about a 10 minute walk from here , looking at the photos, just curious did the sliver of land that the Orange Hall is on ever sell. I know it was listed for $10.5M in 2021. Figured it was too small for any real developer interest?
