Is this true for all units? I have not heard anything from anyone regarding this. I had my occupancy on June 19th and no one has said anything regarding this compensation.
I just did a search and I think you are right. I saw 65m google search but now I'm seeing closer to 75m. Thanks. I think I'm going to cancel it as I thought I was getting a clear view over the Hyatt when I purchased
Yes I bought it from Plaza. The south tower is Plaza and there will also be a north tower by Plaza. The south tower is almost sold out (only 9 or so units left all 3 bedrooms). The north tower will be a hotel and residential tower. The hotel is the bottom floors. There will be no precon...
I was hoping someone could help me out. I purchased a unit in this building on the 24th floor facing south. The Hyatt is right next to the tower to the south and I was hoping my unit would clear it. (I'm aware other condos are on the other side on King). The sales centre told me the Hyatt is...
I guess I haven't done my due diligence on closing costs I will look into it more, thanks! I'd agree with dip/stay flat for the foreseeable future! Thanks for the advice!
If its a good builder I don't think you have to worry too much about the unit. You see the finishes and the floor plans so just a little imagination is needed.
RBC only requires 20% down which is the same as resale. Also closing costs is typically 10k to maybe 13k for these downtown condos...
Yes I bought an assignment last year and really was inexperienced. I did not know I had to have the seller's profit and original downpayment upfront. So I ended up having to put all my capital into it. Also I was not aware of how much closing costs or agent fees when selling really were. The...
Yes I calculated carrying costs based on a mortgage after 20% down on a 3% variable. The total carrying cost I estimate at 1610 after maintenance and estimated property tax. I'd estimate rent for a small bedroom would be 1600 to 1700 in that area by 2018, actually it already is in that range...
Can someone advise. I can get a unit in YC for a price I consider very good for this location.
The thing that worries me is since the unit I am contemplating purchasing is on a lower floor approx 8th to 11th. With a west view (i.e. no real view) and is a small one bedroom…. can I get a good...
No no sorry,
its 650 dollars per square foot. Its a tiny one bedroom NOT a studio slightly less than 500 square feet.
Its only 10th floor overlooking yonge but I consider that a decent view of "the action".
I haven't signed yet just on reserve.
But yes I'm getting that the area is 700 or...
First post! Nice information on here.
A lot of Koolaid??
I'm thinking of buying this one as a prebuilt. I bought a fly condo back in 2009 and did well on it. This would be my second attempt. one of the "VIP" agents reserved a one bedroom facing east mid floor for 655 square foot. its...
