So ridiculous. No doubt he's purchasing this jet now because he holds a majority government with the next election not until April 2030. My guess is the Ford government is counting on most voters by then will have forgotten he ever purchased the jet. I suppose if he loses the election in 2030...

EELRT is a terrible project that will be slower than buses in bus lanes. What's worst is that it'll most likely be worst than Line 6 due to having so many bends and turns. At least Line 6 is pretty much a straight shot along Finch, and yet it barely manages to go faster than the bus it replaces.

When I was in Ottawa riding the transitway a couple years back, I saw a contractor walk into a station and and just start power washing the entire inside. Looked as if the interior of the station was designed for quick and easy washing.

Shots like these ones really makes one wish we had opted to do a Vancouver Skytrain setup for Hurontario instead of an at-grade LRT.

Don't be a hater! Embrace the foamer within. GO doesn't need fully electric trains. We're just going to replicate Metra but with better stations/ frequencies. 👍😆👍

Foamers are going to love this, while advocates for GO electrification are going to hate this.
