Anyone know why so many units in this condo are constantly for sale? I swear, I haven't seen any less than 5 on the market since it opened, so I suspect the quality isn't so great. That or there's some good 'ol fashioned money laundering afoot.

I'm aware. But it's a lazy design and it's just "pointier Aura" to me. Unlike The One which at least uses some much more interesting cladding.

Wow, FCP is barely noticeable and Scotia Plaza has all but completely disappeared from that view from the islands. The classic postcard view of the skyline has really changed.

To be fair it will likely look better when the retail space is occupied.

If I recall correctly Edmonton and Calgary weren't super far off in terms of population when they built their lines.

Just under 4 weeks to deliver 2 more streetcars. Bombardier might actually pull it off and keep to their new schedule.

Platform screen doors were never part of the project, were they? They'd have to get ATC up and running on all of Line 1 before they could have them installed on any part of the Spadina Extension anyway.

Just like with One Bloor East. Seems like all the condos with interesting balconies are taking a while, though both projects are looking really great.
