Actually... I asked our property manager and it's looking like somewhere around another 6-8 months. FYI. :)

I hope it's a more elevated offering and not fast food chains. :)

I wonder if the residential entrance is going to get any signage above?

I hope the YMCA is ready this summer. Be so nice to have a full gym downstairs. :)

My issue has not been resolved yet. Apparently they are still looking for a solution. I will be putting it on my 1 year Tarion form though. I suggest you take pics of everything and make sure it's properly documented, email client care and also put it on your 1 year form.

Hi all... so here are a couple of pics of my "fixed" buckling floor. They basically just came and put this ugly transition strip between the living room and bedroom. This just basically holds the boards down. NOT a solution obviously and it looks terrible. Apparently I am not the only one so now...

    Noisy HVAC

Hi. I did have it partially resolved but it was a big job. I hired a soundproofing company and they brought a sound engineer in. They ended up opening up my walls to get to the pipes and mechanical and isolated some of the areas where metal was touching metal by using these rubber disk things to...

Ya honestly... I have bought many preconstruction condos before so know that stuff like this happens. Overall this builder has been pretty good though. This floor issue is pretty crappy though. I escalated the issue and apparently they are coming to fix it today. I am waiting for them and going...

My floor was kinda lifting in a couple of spots... as in there was a big air bubble under a couple of areas. I do have pics but you can't really tell from the pics. I can show you a pic of the shitty "repair"?

I agree. My unit faces north and I am on the 4th floor. Apart from the floor, I didn't have too many major issues and was quite happy with the quality of the work. (and I'm super picky) However, my family also own a unit on the 8th floor and that unit had so many sloppy things. They obviously...

That's awful, sorry to hear you are having the same issue. Is it really hot in your unit all of the time?

They actually knew that there was a humidity problem in the building and knew it was their fault. They were coming in twice a day in the summer and doing humidity checks. Then they put this crazy dehumidifier in my unit and the floors flattened out a bit. Then they came in while I was away and...

Hi guys, Just wondering if any of you have had an issue with your floors buckling due to the humidity in the building and what the builder has done about it. I had my floors buckle in between my living room and bedroom and the builder’s “solution” was to put an ugly transition strip on the...
