It seems that the road around the building is open now. The fences are just around the building itself. Snapped a quick pic this morning, and the lobby picture of the west building this evening. The little park space may be open too?

So I have a niche question about one of the units in the development that seems to have stumped myself on how it was allowed, and was wondering if anyone else may have some insight. The building right now has a 3 Bedroom Unit for rent however not one of the bedrooms has a direct window to the...

Just saw a streetcar going up King turning onto the Queensway, not in service with a few TTC trucks with it. I assume they are testing on King west of Dufferin, looks like the last of the wires are slowly being put up at the base of Roncey.

It looks like the other crane is being taken down today now too.

The one exterior shot included wasn't great, but the most recent street view has the mostly finished school and it looks pretty good. I would say even better than the older school it replaced. Google Street view

This is pretty typical cladding system for buildings. It's called a rainscreen wall system so the panels are made to not be waterproof but to just stop driving water forces and to protect the WRB / Air Barrier (the black felty looking stuff on the Curtain Wall system) from UV exposure. There...
