Great assembly @Koops65 ! I got 'scraper-geeked when I counted nearly 100 ... 200 metre+ towers (11 are just a metre or three below the benchmark). They will all be built within my nephew's lifetime.

I'll happily edit my post (if necessary ;-) 'cause BDPQ is a great firm too.

It already happens on occasion (particularly when you have a willing developer and an architectural firm like HPA on board). HPA's terracotta podium at The Well is my single favourite element of the entire complex (the serpentine glass canopy a close 2nd)... I'd suggest this is future heritage...
