like Hyrdogen said. It was a wild guess aided by emporis.

I believe that was the first hieght suggested for the project. 197 Meters at 60 Floors. - I'm just soo hungry for news.

Wasn't the meeting 2 days ago, so why haven't we heard anything? What about all the city planning guys on this website, nothing submitted, no final verdict on the hieght, nothing being appealed at the OMB? what's going on?
 
Apparently August 20th was not the final word on this project. arguements will be reviewed for 20 days following and then a decision will be made regarding the final status of this project.

Apparently the city has an issue with the Hieght of the project, not the massing at the base, like we had first assumed.

Excellent news. I can't wait for that parking lot to be history.

And I know this has been discussed earlier but I really do wish this tower would be connected to the College subway station through a new, southern exit -- oh well.
 
I wonder if the college park mall will contine through the base of the tower?

Mike answered some questions in a post about 4 months ago.

Updates:

Proposed tower shifted 5m west and 3m south
SE corner will be a 13m stepback for the tower
NE corner will be 5m back from Yonge
Condo Lobby entrance proposed on Haytar Street walkway
South end of building may include lofts
Mezzaine level PATH connection
City is requesting tower to be more highly articulated
Local BIA supports height, but wants improved architecture
Height seems to not be a major issue for residents, however west edge of podium remains and issue
