Too bad the two malls are not directly linked!

Looks like a good spot for an underground parking lot connecting the two shopping locations.

New expansion wing set to open on Nov 15, 2012

No one walks to the Costco or Home Depot from Wilson Station because, realistically, most people that shop at those stores are going to be carrying far too many items to be able to take them on transit comfortably.

That may be true for Costco, which is all about bulk sales; however, Home Depot has thousands of items that you could take home on transit comfortably.

Always thought the power centre was the ideal spot for a NFL stadium or a second NHL rink(VCC makes sense in my opinion for the NHL rink as well).

When is this expansion to Open???

Was by the site today finally and what every schedule date was supposed to be will not happen.

One sign said the food court will open in June well another said September.

There is still a division of steel to be erected, but the foundation are not in place.

They have started to put the siding on for the east end.

Maybe only a small section to the east will open in September with luck for the mall path, but not stores.

The photo will be posted at a later date as there are 2,000 ones in front of them that have to be fix first when I get the time.

Was surprise to see the first crane is still up along with the other 2. It should come down this months unless I am not seeing something on the north side that still requires the crane.

Looks like the food court is smaller and loosing a few spots. Aubry's is gone based on this plan.

The section where Scotia Bank is to be and the exist building has no steel up, since the foundation is missing along with about 10 store to the east of it. The entrance to mall and Holt extension is finish, with siding going up on it.

Same restaurants as every other mall in the GTA - thought they might have something more exotic or pricier than this group. Same old.

as always, thanks drum118 ... I wonder what would happen to the 'old' food court above Holt Renfrew?

Updated Floor Plans from Oxford Properties.
Floor Plan

This plan wasn't to be released to the public since not all of the new deals and relocations are 100% done deals. Take with a grain of salt until Oxford makes a formal release.

That plan does not include the extension on it, other than the third floor food court, so there's not much to learn from it anyway.
