I walked by the site this morning and a few of the houses on Bedford south of Davenport have been fenced off in preparation for demolition.

Update: The respective corner edifice has been mostly vapourized.

^...I mean it was there just a few days ago and now it's gone. >.<

Probably back filling it to grade…

…hope they don’t turn it into another surface parking lot for the ages as the one kitty-corner to it did. >.<

Article on this one over at Renx:

Key bits:

Selling well, already large suites being made much larger by buyers choosing to combine them.

Result what was a 90 suite building is down to 63

Average selling price: $2,300 per ft2

@Paclo for the DB on that.

13 suites left as of February '26

My guess is that it sold well prior to the recent slowdown. I don't want to sound all doom & gloom, but I view the Renx article as a bit of a sales piece. I would be interested in understanding how many units they have actually sold in the last 6 months. As for 13 suites available for sale, I'm also guessing that they are holding a number back to sell at a later date. The market (even for high end condos) is struggling. There are a number of high end units quietly for sale in a number of top condo buildings.
