You almost have to appreciate the consistency with which these Protect (insert nhood name) pop up, no matter the context or appropriateness of intensification.

Went for a walk to try and spot some of these signs in the wild, without luck. Not a single one on Bloor somehow. I'm no veteran of anti-tower campaigns but putting some signs on the main drag seems like step #1 to me.

Anyways, thought this photo looking up Mountview from Bloor would one day be an interesting "before" pic.

These showed up in the West Bend (just east of Keele) sometime in the past few days. I've been ripping them down without mercy (after confirming it's fully legal to do so).

Constructed is Livmore High Park at 25 storeys, approved is GWL's High Park Village at 35 storeys. Slightly lower but approved is Minto's 111 Pacific at 30 storeys.
