Almost all the boards are down as well. Just simple fencing up.

Would they be getting ready to extend Downes Street west to Yonge?

Well, it WILL be extended eventually but I suspect it will happen block by block and they may not open the Yonge to Freeland until construction above it is over and they will use it for 'storage' and 'things'. Then there is the block between the new 'temporary' park o@ 50 QQE and Sugar Wharf Phase 1 - I assume this may not be open until SW Phase 1 is actually built. Though I think they need to re-route the eastern section of Harbour Street / Lake Shore (just east of Yonge) too.

I posted about it a couple months ago; that's exactly what the work on the east side of Yonge is all about, it's for the road extension work.

All site material for Skytower has been moved to the north site of the lot.
