Rental replacement policies in Hamilton prevent this kind of move - once it’s rental you can’t change it.Smart looking! They really should build that third tower as a rental that they could convert to condo when the market permits.
Not sure if that big one ever will be.. it's used quite a bit.Cant wait for these parking lots to be developed.

Unless the owner is greedy and won't develop or sell the lot and holds onto it for years.
