And yet certain (some now former) councilors tried to claim no one walks down Yonge. (by showing a picture of it during lockdown in 2020).

If we're lucky they can start the Yonge St improvements as soon as the upgrades to College Station are done since that's also impacting the same area of Yonge (although much less than it was before). But on the other hand, I work near John St and we all know how that set of street improvements has gone.
 
Im actually pretty excited for this one - as a big fan of Sixty Colborne. In the world of constant VE this one not only has classy window wall but the second skin is being executed really well. You can see thebypass 'hooks' in Skycandy's photo. This will enable these curved bronze (copper?) slab edge covers. An awesome use of colour and material! Also just looked at the renderings and the massing of this building is clearly the product of its zoning envelope! Unique and well executed thus far!
