Nothing yet. Most occupancies are schedules right up against outside occupancy dates so who knows if they'll actually get everyone in by their dates. I'm sure they're trying.
 
Has anyone gotten an update or communications about scheduling predelivery inspection? Occupancy is early October and have not heard a single peep.
 
There's clearly a delay we're not being told about. How can occupancy take place without the PDI being conducted first? This all seems very strange.
 
I drove by the condo today and the exterior part of the condo doesn't even look close to being finished. My move in date is at the end of the month and my unit is close to the top. How are they gonna get 30 floors worth of ppl to move in 3.5 weeks smh
 
Not just 30 floors. Two towers with 30 floors each! This whole experience has been very discouraging. I suppose their strategy is to just remain silent and leave the buyers hanging?
 
Interim occupancy next week. No PDI schedule provided to date. Even after a few emails, PTE response was "Thank you for your patience"
 
Update - heard Pinnacle will be conducting the PDI on owner's behalf utilizing 3rd party PDI inspectors who are commissioned at their cost.

Nothing officially received from PTE or how it is supposed to work.
