Absolutely! The massing is very elegant. With high quality cladding you are a guaranteed some pretty sleek towers. That goes for every single condo in Toronto. The city would look way different.

Other than the park work, the site is largely quiet. Even the gate was opened when I walked by today and I'm pretty sure I could have just waltzed right in Anyway, shots...

Not for a good few years, AFIK it is not yet being marketed.

The Sugar Wharf project by Menkes has been scaled down and the proposed school site shifted from the base of a condo tower to a standalone building.
