Interesting building but to me it's completely out of place in this location. Should have had a brick element

This area is a jigsaw of different buildings, most of which are the Annex style building... which is in itself a jigsaw of a few styles. The building IMO fits fine, and the area is going through a transformation with different mid-rise in the North side.

This is a pretty nice looking building all things considered.

I'll acknowledge that this one is certainly out of the ordinary with its sculptural forms, but I can't say it's a total success. Curved glass alongside spandrel is a weird combination of cheapness and refinement.

This project is nearly complete with move-ins probably within the next few months
