Drilling and survey work going on here last week. Preliminary assumption to me would be these extents but could go even further north:

This seemed like an odd partnership (and I share some thoughts that this is not all in store for the property) but low and behold, courtesy of google:

KFC has partnered with Petro-Canada, with KFC restaurants opening at selected Petro-Canada locations in Canada, offering customers the convenience of fueling up and grabbing a meal in one spot. This partnership started with a location in Markham, Ontario, with more locations planned to open in the region. The partnership aims to provide Canadians with more value and convenience by combining the convenience of gas and the appeal of KFC's "Finger Lickin' Good" chicken.

Trust me, consuming finger lickin chicken in any combination, while maneuvering through traffic along Jarvis (or anywhere) is not really recommended....

This will leave, what, only the two gas stations on Spadina left in the central downtown?

How are we defining downtown?

There will be the two on Parliament (Esso Cabbagetown, Shell Richmond)

There will be the two on Spadina.

There's still the one at Wellesley and Jarvis for now (Esso)

Also Canadian Tire at Church and Yonge (but north of Bloor, so I don't know if you count that as central)

Of course @Paclo scoops me.

It wouldn't come up for me in the AIC with a straight-line search or an address search, but I pulled it with the application number.

For now, this is being process as condo, according to the Project Data Sheet, which means Inclusionary Zoning would apply; though the Planning Report sounds non-committal as tensure.

Elevator Ratio: 596 units to 5 elevators or 119 units per elevator.

Comments: For Arcadis, this isn't bad looking at all. But the unit sizes are too small, they need to come back with something more realistic
