Just another reason not to go to Markham, Richmond Hill or Vaughn. Argue all you want for density and mixed uses mingling together, this is just more of the same crap that superseded it.

Thanks, Solaris. That's pretty cool. I like how a lot of the setbacks from the street (especially from Hwy 7) look slightly exagerated than when looking at them in person because they are really far back. We should rent a helicopter from Buttonville and fly over these and take some aerial photos like in some of those views
