One can't wear booty shorts in the middle of winter??Did you sample it in July and only get around to posting now? Does look good, though.
All kidding aside, even I'm not that temerarious. The wind chill is like -15! You'll hurt yourself!
Have you been to The Well in the last two months? What are you basing your guess on?Where are all those people who said here "Toronto doesn't get cold anymore", "Toronto doesn't get much snow anymore"?
How's shopping at the Well been the last 2 months? If I had to guess, the retailers are probably struggling big time right now.
Nothing, just like a month ago when they posted nearly the same comment:Have you been to The Well in the last two months? What are you basing your guess on?
Anyone been down to The Well the last few brutally cold days?
I believe some people here said that Toronto doesn't get really cold days anymore![]()
No I haven't because why would I want to shop in an semi-open mall when it feels like -15 outside?Have you been to The Well in the last two months? What are you basing your guess on?
Ya because no one went and reported back!Nothing, just like a month ago when they posted nearly the same comment:
Yes the food court is always busy when I've been in the past (summer/spring).I can report that the food court at least is still super busy. Didn't check the other levels because the stores aren't very interesting anyway... but our shopping streets still get a lot of traffic in the winter, why would it be any different?
I don't really understand the issue... Queen street is super busy these days. It's not an indoor mall. Same thing on College, Bloor, etc.Yes the food court is always busy when I've been in the past (summer/spring).
While I know that all retail usually takes a hit in Jan-Feb (Christmas hangover + weather) - I still think it was a very silly decision to build a mall not protected from the cold in Toronto... it's like we forgot that we actually have cold winters in this city!
