Makes it hard take Spotlight seriously that they actually care about delivering any of this affordable housing. They did already have a project fall through, surprised it didn't take out the entire company with it.

First they biffed and used this mockup I made in place of actual renders for over a year, now half of their projects on their webpage are infected with AI generated nonsense.

Is this Scarborough project by the same SPOTLIGHT company that had a project go into receivership in Kitchener last year..??

I don’t know if it is a name being used by more than one firm in Ontario.
