From what I have previously read in this thread, this seems like a relatively rare case when urban fanatics approved of the scale reduction, because it would make Pinnacle One Yonge more prominent in the skyline.

Now that they got all those reps in, they can increase it to a once per quarter rate next year.

The new road is about there but roads are not normally built with what looks like good soil. Are the builders of Time & Space involved? :->

Appears to be a stock pile, it doesn’t necessarily indicate work is starting.

My guess: the pile location is the most out of the way from either of the developments. Road gets built after dirt is used on the park, during construction of north site.
