That's the big if here. Looks like Resident is Plaza rebranded, so I'm mixed based on their portfolio. Let's call it 50/50 lol

The now rigorously applied scalloping of the exterior, plus the faux oxidized-copper colour of the framing on the podium has me rather excited about this design: it's total swinging 60s here if they can pull this off as rendered!

So glad they actually bring the brick structure down to the ground level. To other developers, look! You can have floor to ceiling glass while still providing visual support for the podium. Please stop with the 5 story faux-brick cube floating on glass tippy toes.
