You'll know them from their greatest hits, like Wellington St and Broadview Ave.
I'm curious, what's the backstory with Sanscon?
I was hinting at this project awhile back............
Let me bring the deck forward for everyone.

Work on this has started - about 2 weeks now.
Well - they've been doing work on the stretch of Pape from O'Connor to the Donlands intersection.
What is a “bike-friendly street”? Is it one that has sharrows (hah!)? Is it a low-traffic street? Or one with those “Share the road” signs? The Lake to Lake route, a 121-kilometre multi-use path from the shores of Lake Simcoe to Lake Ontario, is now within a few years of being complete.

Or are they streets with bike-specific infrastructure such as painted lanes (and if we’re lucky, hardened infra)?

Lake Drive Functional Assessment https://www.georgina.ca/living-here/roads-and-sidewalks/lake-drive-functional-assessmentBased on the first phase of implementation recommended in the study, Council has approved undertaking detailed design of the recommended concepts for Lake Drive extending from Metro Road North at North Gwillimbury Park to Dalton Road. The proposed concept this corridor involves creation of a seasonal one-way (west to east) single lane for vehicles, with a bi-directional multi-use pathway for pedestrians and cyclists. The design will include a transition zone of two-way vehicle lanes with sharrows for the section of Lake Drive approaching Dalton Road from the west.
