All I am thinking about now is whenever they start getting cladding all the way up to the transfer slab this building is going to look absolutely mint from the ground at that point already strides ahead of expectations

Beautiful photos with those tarps. I live in Amsterdam, but unfortunately there are no major construction projects of many floors there. The combination of concrete with iron and tarps fascinates me. The combination of hard and soft. I experience it as a kind of art. Unfortunately, the use of tarps is less common in the Netherlands. Thank you for showing these pictures. Greetings, Marcel.

12 days with a long weekend.
Today

Another row of glazing.
Not as pretty from the north vs south side yet as the balcony supports are still in place.

Looks like two more floors and they will be clear of the balcony and ready for the red forms on the north side.

looks like they changed the design with the grey fritted glass. In the renderings they depicted the white framing to curve around the corners.

There are still clips to anchor additional elements to on the corners - I wouldn't assume this is changed yet.
