This is being listed as "Fairview GO" on Valour Group's website, which says 2x19-storeys and 378 units, vs. Burlington Development Applications which says 2x20-storeys and 390 units. We are going with Burlington's numbers for now until documents are submitted.

I was in Burlington today and had a look at Fairveiw. This site, next to the GO station has seen some sight tidy up take place and some drilling equipment is parked on site as well. I‘ll have to check the city’s development site, but perhaps this project begins soon.

Burlington project site (website) has not been updated since 2020 but that doesn't really mean anything. I will dig a bit deeper but there's nothing on the project's page. I haven't really been paying attention to this to be honest.
