In that top picture you can see how the trees beside the exchange towers south lot are quickly being removed.

Is this going to be a street to the front door of square one all the way to burnamthorpe ?

Yes. It was initially referred to as “Main” street in the downtown plan. If I am not mistaken it has since been changed to Exchange street.
