That's a pretty huge property for at least three condos ! Looks like it could handle one more if they build them thin and tall lol !

I don't know what's coming here.............but were it condos, you could fit a lot more than 3 on 10 acres.

LOL; a typical Toronto condo tower floorplate is 750M2; this site is 40,000m2.

Now don't go imagining 50 towers! In the real world, towers sit on podiums in this City that will be materially larger in floor plate than the tower (this varies widely)...

But you then have to allow for streets and lanes and parks etc. on a site of this size.

That said, IF this is condos (and we don't know that).......many more than 3.

It would be silly to speculate further, because we don't even know that this is a condo application yet.

It would be a rather odd spot given that this is the midst of Employment lands.........but we've seen stranger..........

and what is the hieght range for this neck of the woods!

There is no material precedent here as most of this is employment lands, predominantly single storey.

Nothing too exciting here, existing building remains; proposed 11s addition for 300 'patient suites' (overnight stay).

Oh wait, while this is some type or private medical facility now, it seems; the key here is that North York General has signed a 20 year lease w/the applicant to shift many services currently at the Branson site over here.
