Toronto Garrison Point | 118.56m | 35s | Cityzen | Hariri Pontarini

As some one moving in to Garrison Point at some point next year, id rather all the construction be close to completion so it's less disruptive..
They shall all be done with structure next year, at time of our occupancy

Why don't you both call up Bentall Kennedy and ask them to get going on that last tower tomorrow, and make sure they do three years worth of building in, I dunno, half a year?

I suppose the developer is sitting on the piece of land and wait for the price to soar above roof...

They're building the two Novus towers on the south side of the road now, and as there's only so much capacity to expand at any time for all sorts of reasons, so Bentall Kennedy will get going on the one on the north side when they're ready to go again.

Hello all,

Posting some pictures taken during the day today Nov 5th to hopefully serve as a juxtaposition to earlier uploaded pictures? Hopefully this is not spamming or anything. It looks like the building will be finished soon at this rate - it looks like all they are missing is some outside facets, balconies, and finishing up the inside.

I'm pretty sure most of us can never get enough of up-to-date images. xD
Thanks for the photos!

Landscaping looks like an afterthought. It looks windswept and barren; something that will look even more-so from October - April. Otherwise it looks fine.

Big spaces are rare in downtown Toronto. I'm sure the grass will be quite popular should the landscaping take longer than expected.
