^ The buildings themselves, actually, are not so bad. They have used more red brick and less precast than is usual these days. The buildings suffer from the shabby surroundings, hopefully to be upgraded soon as the Six Points revamp gets under way. This area surely wins the prize for "most unrealized potential".

The buildings by themselves are unoffensive if boring; the way they met Dundas is on the other hand the wasted opportunity in the scheme.

Agreed; they add little to the actual street. Something better facing the sidewalk certainly would have been nice.

I live in Nuvo 1 and personally I would rather be in a building that will look half decent in a few years time rather than something like loggia with its drab grey exterior or Kingswood on Bloor with its peach exterior.
