What do you mean the One was "approved ages ago"? The zoning has not even been approved yet. Last I heard, the hearing doesn't even start until April 18th.

Yes, thank you. Technically, it was already appealed to the OMB, so there was no City Council approval. Council authorized its staff to attend the OMB hearing in support of the proposal.

The problem with those who divulge their insider knowledge is that they soon become outsiders. Information is valuable and people don't want to risk losing their access to it by letting others know what they do.
