It will be very interesting to see what happens to this project when a reputable and experienced condo developer without ties to international criminals gets control of it.

Has CREIT been repaid yet? Does anyone know? If not when is their loan due?

The only way is to sell off most of the development to capital investors which is full of shady investors and shady investment opportunities for the daytime investor. It's the same for most developers in the city.

He is well informed however, most of his posts are geared toward planning and development.

It really doesn't matter who the manager is. There's a ton of shady money in private equity and the capital markets. Of course, in the case of Mizrahi, he may have knowing accepted shady money.

I believe website owners can be held liable, along with the defamer himself/herself, but I'm not an attorney.
