Park Place is the next phase of SmartVMC, SmartCentres’ 100-acre master-planned new city centre in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Situated on 1.7 acres of land, Park Place is a proposed mixed-use residential and retail development. The development consists of two towers (48 and 56 storeys) designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, connected by a three-level podium with three levels of underground parking.

Located at the northeast corner of Highway 7 and Commerce Street, spanning a full block with the north tower fronting New Park Place, the project will overlook SmartVMC’s future 9-acre central park.
