Oscar Residences by Lifetime Developments is a 9-storey, intimate 155 unit boutique building located in The Annex, at Bathurst and Dupont. Oscar Residences will feature one, two and three-bedroom suites with two retail units at ground level. Residents will benefits from enriching amenities including an outdoor terrace, resident’s lounge, chef’s kitchen with dining area, theatre room, fitness centre, pet wash station and a dog social lounge. Oscar Residences’ artist collaborator is iconic Canadian celebrity photographer George Pimentel. Throughout shared amenity spaces, George’s most celebrated work throughout the years will grace the Oscar walls.
