Wedge-shaped parkette on the west side of Yonge Street between Scollard Street and Davenport Road. Built as the forecourt to Lotus Condos by Shiu Pong, and designed by landscape architects Vertechs Design.
Now the site of a proposed redesign by the developers of 1 Scollard Street, and new condo across the street to the south. Redesign by Martha Schwartz Partners of London, England, who were the designers of nearby Village of Yorkville Park in the early 1990s.
